Kit consists of the following

Pre cut nipple tapes, seal tape and protection sheet.

Valve, Gloves, instruction manual and OUTEX sticker.

The materials selected for this kit have been proven to be highly durable with regards to the heat resistance (up to 140 degrees Celsius), weather resistance and adhesion.

Tape left over after initial installation can be used for repairs such as spoke replacement.

Installation of the tubeless kit requires some basic mechanical skills and knowledge.

Other things needed for the installation process:

Thinners or grease/oil dispersant to ensure a thoroughly clean, oil free surface for adhesion. Scissors, sharp blade, sandpaper and a 1200 watt hairdryer.

Features of OUTEX.F-PEG

☆ Since the F peg has a broader surface and the sole is always in contact during riding, the load is evenly distributed.

☆ The forward and backward motion of the F step along the axis of the shaft.

☆ With a sense of unity between steady footwork and the body of the motorcycle, cornering stability is improved.

☆ Follows all riding positions including acceleration, deceleration and standing, however the peg load does not change.

☆ Can be raised 4mm or 9mm by using the lower mounting hole position of the peg.

☆ Precision laser cut of the S45C peg material creates a surface harder than titanium.

☆ The block shaped parts forming the F peg axis uses aluminum A2017.

Features of OUTEX LEVER GUARDS

★ By securing the lever guard itself with a hexagon stainless adapter, it is possible to secure them better than to use the aluminum anchor type which is often used in commercially-sold hand guards. Removal can also be performed smoothly.

★ Prevents contact with the brake lever of another rider on the track. (Installation was made mandatory from the MOTOGP 2012)

★ A duracon slider has been equipped on the bar end to minimize damage to the lever guards and left/right levers in the event of a crash.

★ Lever guards and duracon sliders are available for purchase separately as service parts.
